If you want to start things off on the savoury side, you can select the Malati Package which also includes such scrumptious snacks as dill marinated salmon with fresh herb dip, Vietnamese spring rolls, cheese and tomato quiche and roast beef finger sandwiches. Wash it all down with premium fresh brewed coffee, café lattes and a large selection of the finest teas including green jasmine, Sencha, English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Moroccan and Crème Caramel. If cocktails and tapas are more your thing, stop by Métis on a Saturday night for a weekly event that provides the perfect start for a big night out before hitting the clubs and bars in Bali. ‘Before’ is hosted in the Métis Lounge, where you can enjoy a scrumptious tapas menu featuring international tastes with distinct Mediterranean and Japanese influences. Premium cocktails are also available between 9PM and midnight from just IDR 100K. There’s a live DJ performance kicking the party off from 10PM onwards, with dancing until the early hours.
