This Gypsy themed bar is situated right on the beach with an ornate wooden bridge over a lagoon leading down to the white sand. Seating becomes a feature here with bean bags, benches and various nooks and crannies to sit. Being so popular it is very busy and best to book in advance. Perfect for a romantic evening or even bring the kids along; They can play on the vast lawn area while you enjoy your refreshing sunset downer.

Also located in Batu Bolong. It is a long term institution in Canggu. Old mans is where you will find all the surfers hanging out after a day on the waves. Super relaxed vibes and gets busier with party goers in the evening. The food is cheap and the company laid back.

A very popular sunset spot at a relaxed beach bar in Berewa. Always lots of families and they have a DJ at sunset playing pumping tunes. Great place to go grab a coconut and relax. They also have a small menu with local delicacies and of course the corn on the cob guy out the front.

#5 Alila Seminyak
Located on the way to Seminyak, around 30 minutes from Reddoor Villa, it is a little further away but very worth the ride. If you’re looking for something a bit special or fancy, this is the place. Alila is a beautiful luxury hotel on the beach with various restaurants and seating areas. They also have sunset BBQ and live music every day. Definitely worth a visit at least once or maybe twice.

In keeping with the fancy end of the spectrum, we have kudeta one of Balis orignial sunset destintions; the crème da la crème. Yet another popular beach club around the Seminyak neck of the woods. Potato head is great to hang out during the day and really gets going at Sunset if you fancy more of a café del mar vibe. Great cocktails and food. Keep an eye out for their parties and events, they often host fun festivals.

#8 Finn’s beach club
Still fairly new and another great spot to hang out by the pool all day. Finns beach club is ideal for tanning whilst feasting on nachos and pizza. Located right on Berawa beach, there will always be a spectacular view of the sunset. Finns is a big hit with the Aussie crowd.
